To oversee and manage the day-to-day site activities ensure timely execution of work as per approved drawings quality standards and safety norms and coordinate with vendors contractors and internal teams for successful project delivery Key Responsibilities Site Execution Monitoring Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings technical specifications and quality standards Monitor daily progress and ensure the timely completion of scheduled tasks Quality Control Implement and maintain quality control procedures on site Coordinate with the QC team to ensure timely checks and approvals Ensure rectification of any defects or deviations from specifications Planning Coordination Coordinate with contractors subcontractors suppliers and consultants Collaborate with architects structural engineers and MEP teams to resolve technical issues Plan and allocate work to site supervisors and labor teams Documentation Reporting Maintain site records including daily progress reports material logs manpower reports and inspection records Prepare reports on work progress and submit to the Project Manager Maintain proper documentation for inspections and approvals Safety Compliance Ensure implementation of health and safety protocols on site Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for site staff Ensure all statutory and regulatory compliances related to construction Resource Management Monitor and manage the usage of materials tools and labor to prevent wastage Raise material requirements in advance and coordinate with the procurement team Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Civil Engineering 1-3 years of experience in residential commercial or mixed-use real estate construction Robust knowledge of construction methodologies project management tools and quality safety standards Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD and project tracking software Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Attributes Experience with high-rise or luxury residential projects Exposure to modern construction practices and techniques Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Provident Fund Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
