JD Purpose To lead coordinate and execute construction projects exceeding 50 000 sq ft ensuring quality cost timeline and safety benchmarks are met Oversee planning procurement resource management and execution phases for residential commercial or mixed-use developments Pay 12 0-15 0 LPA Key Responsibilities 1 Project Planning Coordination Prepare detailed project execution plans schedules using tools and work breakdown structures WBS Conduct kickoff meetings with internal teams architects consultants and contractors 2 Site Management Daily site oversight to ensure adherence to drawings safety protocols and quality standards Coordinate with contractors subcontractors site engineers and vendors for effective execution 3 Procurement Management Manage BOQ preparation vendor selection material procurement and logistics Negotiate contracts and manage timelines for deliveries 4 Material Estimation Budgeting Prepare detailed cost estimates based on architectural and structural drawings Track consumption reconcile materials and manage deviations 5 Execution Monitoring Drive progress according to schedule with weekly milestone reviews Implement quality checks and ensure compliance with structural and MEP specifications 6 Reporting Documentation Generate weekly monthly progress reports cost tracking and variation statements Maintain site logs inspection records and as-built documentation 7 Stakeholder Communication Regular coordination with project owners consultants authorities and financial controllers Handle escalations and corrective actions Key Performance Indicators KPIs KPI - Target Metric Project Completion Timeline - Within 5 of baseline schedule Budget Adherence - Within 5 of approved budget Quality Compliance -
