Resident Sales Engineer - Chennai share CV on (phone hidden) or hr nemade in we are looking for a Resident Sales Engineer with 2-5 years of experience in the mechanical industry to join our team in Chennai This role is perfect for a proactive and driven individual with a Diploma or B E in Mechanical Engineering You ll be responsible for the entire sales cycle from lead generation to securing orders and payments Requirements Education Diploma or B E in Mechanical Engineering Experience 2-5 years of experience in the mechanical industry Skills Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Location Chennai India Roles Responsibilities Lead Generation Customer Visits Generate new inquiries by calling emailing and visiting potential customers You ll also assist the manager with customer visits in the region Sales Cycle Management Manage and maintain records for recent inquiries follow up on quotations and coordinate with the Head Office for quotations and order confirmation Documentation Reporting Maintain accurate documentation including inquiry checklists visit reports and KPI records You ll report to the Sales Manager and participate in weekly review meetings Customer Relationship Management Correspond with customers collect feedback and handle after-sales issues You ll also be responsible for collecting competitor information Order Payment Get orders and payments as per set KPIs and follow up with the Head Office for order execution Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location Remote
