Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and proactive Lead Developer to join our Engineering team at VHT You will be responsible for leading the design development and maintenance of web applications across on-premise and cloud environments The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader mentor and problem solver who thrives in an agile fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Lead multiple small to mid-sized projects and mentor junior developers Design develop and maintain scalable applications using modern programming languages Collaborate with product teams to refine and estimate user stories Ensure high-quality code by following clean architecture and development best practices Troubleshoot and resolve issues in test and production environments Participate in production deployments and offer ongoing support Provide architectural input and represent the team in technical discussions Drive innovation and process improvements by identifying gaps in product requirements Stay updated with new tools and technologies and foster a culture of continuous learning Work closely with DevOps tools e g Azure DevOps Jira for project tracking and CI CD Required Skills Strong experience in software development with multiple programming languages Solid understanding of APIs database systems SQL and integration strategies Experience in cloud-based application development Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools Azure DevOps Jira preferred Robust leadership mentoring and problem-solving abilities Agile Scrum experience is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 100 000 00 - 1 800 000 00 per year Work Location In person
