Position Manager- Financial Planning Analysis FP A Location Cochin Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager - FP A to lead our MIS and financial planning processes The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting and financial reporting with a sharp analytical mindset and experience handling complex financial data Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver monthly MIS reports with accuracy and timeliness Coordinate with accounts team to ensure smooth and timely monthly book closure Review and analyze balance sheet and financial performance Liaise with multiple departments to gather validate and analyze financial data Interpret financial results identify trends and variances and provide actionable insights Support budgeting forecasting and financial modelling activities Lead guide and review the work of junior finance team members Qualifications Experience CA CMA MBA Finance Commerce graduate Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in MIS FP A roles or experience in audit firms with exposure to large or complex clients Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in Excel financial tools and ERP systems Excellent communication and coordination skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability Experience managing or mentoring a team preferred Contact - (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 60 000 00 - 90 000 00 per month Work Location In person
