Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support the daily operations of our ice cream production line The candidate will assist in production processes maintain hygiene standards and ensure timely delivery of quality products Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and mixing of ice cream ingredients as per recipes Operate clean and maintain production machinery and equipment Monitor product quality during the production process Ensure proper labeling and packaging of ice cream products Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area at all times Follow Good Manufacturing Practices GMP and food safety regulations Support inventory management by checking raw materials and packaging supplies Report any equipment malfunctions or product issues to supervisors Adhere to company safety policies and procedures Requirements 1-3years in a food production or FMCG industry Experience in cold storage dairy ice cream or beverage production is a strong plus B Tech B Sc in Food Technology Dairy Technology or Master s Degree in Food Technology ITI or Mechanical stream is a plus Ability to work in cold environments Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards Good communication and teamwork skills Team player with positive discipline and punctuality Basic reading writing skills in English or local language Candidates with no major health issues sensitive to cold allergies etc To Apply Interested candidates can submit their resume to hr rajadhani1 gmail com Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Paid time off Work Location In person
