Job Summary We are seeking a responsible and proactive Shift Manager to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service staff productivity and smooth functioning of the store or outlet while maintaining company standards and policies Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage team members during the shift Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to quality standards Handle customer queries complaints and feedback effectively Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control Train current team members and ensure adherence to SOPs Maintain cleanliness hygiene and safety standards Conduct daily shift briefings and end-of-shift reports Ensure timely opening and closing of the outlet store Coordinate with kitchen service and back-end teams if applicable Handle cash transactions billing and POS operations Key Skills Requirements Proven experience as a Shift Manager Team Leader or similar role Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Customer-oriented mindset Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume periods Basic computer knowledge POS systems MS Office preferred Educational Qualification Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Graduate in Hospitality Business Administration or related field Work Hours Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 32 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
