Description Job Title Trainer - General Duty Assistant GDA Education Qualification Graduate Postgraduate in Nursing General Healthcare or related field Certification in GDA Healthcare sector courses preferred Key Responsibilities Training Delivery Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions for General Duty Assistant GDA courses Use innovative teaching methods to engage learners effectively Adhere to the curriculum guidelines set by NSDC Sector Skill Councils Content Development Develop and customize training materials and lesson plans Ensure alignment with updated industry practices and standards Learner Assessment Industry Standards Compliance and Reporting Health and Safety Awareness Conduct periodic assessments tests and evaluations to monitor learner progress Provide feedback and coaching to help learners improve their skills Keep up-to-date with healthcare practices and trends Impart training that meets the standards of the healthcare industry and GDA job roles Maintain accurate training records and attendance logs Submit reports on training outcomes and learner progress to management Educate learners about health and safety protocols Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards in training environments Skills and Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in English and the local language Ability to use e-learning tools and platforms for blended learning Hands-on knowledge of hospital clinical operations and equipment usage Passion for teaching and mentoring students Eligibility Criteria Proven experience in healthcare services nursing or a similar role Certification from relevant Sector Skill Councils SSC or equivalent will be an advantage Experience in skill development training is preferred Remuneration Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience Category Paramedical Technician Job Type Permanent Pay Up to 35 000 00 per month Advantages Provident Fund Work Location In person
