Job Title Manager - Banking Monitoring Activities Location Andheri Mumbai Department Banking Operations Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive Manager to lead and manage a team responsible for various monitoring activities with our partner banks at our Andheri Mumbai office In this role you will oversee activities such as stock audits inspections ASM audits and other operational or compliance checks The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of these processes with practical experience being a plus along with strong leadership interpersonal and communication skills Key Responsibilities Manage and lead a team handling banking monitoring activities ensuring productivity and professional development Plan allocate and track assignments covering stock audits inspections ASM audits and related processes Liaise with bank representatives and internal stakeholders to ensure objectives and timelines are achieved Review analyze and present audit and inspection findings identify improvement areas and drive corrective actions Stay up-to-date with banking regulations best practices and industry standards relevant to monitoring activities Implement process improvements to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness Provide training and guidance on audit processes risk management and compliance requirements Prepare regular status updates and escalate issues to senior management as needed Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards Qualifications Competencies Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance Banking Business Administration or a related field Strong understanding of banking operations monitoring requirements and regulatory frameworks Practical experience with stock audits inspections and ASM audits is a plus Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing a team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple projects priorities in a fast-paced setting Proficiency with MS Office and relevant banking software Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 8 449 41 - 53 755 39 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
