Roles Responsibilities 1 Patient Counseling Counsel patients on their concerns explain treatment options and detail the expected changes and improvements from the treatments 2 Client Relationship Management Act as the first point of contact build rapport and maintain solid relationships with clients to ensure trust and satisfaction 3 Sales Business Development Achieve and maintain patient retention ratios lead conversion and patient conversion goals 4 Cross-Selling Upselling Identify opportunities to sell additional relevant treatment packages and services to patients 5 Patient Grievance Handling Address and resolve patient complaints and grievances in a timely manner 6 Follow-Up Administration Conduct regular follow-ups with all leads and maintain daily weekly and monthly reports 7 Training Development Participate in regular training workshops and knowledge-building activities to stay updated on clinic services and improve counseling skills 8 Process Adherence Follow and contribute to improving the Standard Operating Protocols set by the organization 9 Customer Service Provide excellent hospitality to ensure the best possible patient experience Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month
