About Company Zoivane Pets strives to create a better world for pets and their parents Company is involved in innovative products meant for pet caring like shampoo stay away spray potty training and several other and pet training kits Company is a very promising start up and is on growth trejectory Company is in process of building a strong core team who can drive the growth plan and support in various functional areas Zoivane Pets is looking forward to employ dynamic enthusiatic and target achiever youths Job Title Production Planning Control Warehouse Manager Location Surat Job Summary The Production Planning Control Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and coordination of production schedules and inventory management to ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing processes This role also includes managing the warehouse operations including inventory control receiving storage issuing ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency Key Responsibilities Production Planning Control Develop implement and monitor production schedules to meet customer demand and internal capacity Coordinate with procurement Vendors production quality and sales teams to ensure material availability and timely delivery Cordinate with multiple sales channels for deriving final inventory planning Ensure production plans align with overall business objectives and inventory strategies Maintain inventory turnover ratios as per guidance from management Warehouse Management To ensure that daily warehouse operations including receiving storage issuing and returns is taken care of meticulously Ensure proper inventory control processes are in place and adhered to Conduct regular stock audits reconcile discrepancies Maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness in compliance with health and safety regulations Optimize space utilization and layout for improved storage efficiency and flow of materials Maintain issuing of inventory as per each sales channels requirements Keep an eye on aging and shelflife of inventories so that to avoid any short expiry and Participate in stretegies with respect to short expiry material liquidation as and when needed Train the warehouse staff and labour towards various processes of warehouse and hygene and housekeeping related matters related to warehouse Leadership Qualities Generate and analyze reports related to inventory production performance and warehouse efficiency Lead mentor and develop warehouse and planning staff Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations Qualifications Skills Commerce Graduate or any Graduate with minimum 4 years of experience in handling PPC function and warehouse with manufacturing company Microsoft Xls Word and PPT Exposure to tally OR any other ERP with inventory management Excellent organizational analytical and problem-solving skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Good understanding of lean manufacturing inventory control and 5S principles CTC range As per industry standards Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Required Experience Handling PPC function and warehouse with manufacturing 2 years Required Location Surat Gujarat Required Work Location In person
