Position Overview The ERP Assistant will support the smooth functioning of the University s Enterprise Resource Planning ERP system The role involves assisting in ERP operations data management user support troubleshooting and coordination between departments to ensure efficient digital workflows for academic and administrative processes Key Responsibilities 1 ERP Operations Support Assist in the day-to-day functioning of the ERP system across various modules admission academics examination HR finance etc Provide technical and functional support to faculty staff and students using ERP Coordinate with the ERP vendor IT team for resolving system issues and updates 2 Data Management Reporting Ensure accurate entry validation and updating of data in ERP Generate routine and customized reports for departments as per requirements Support in maintaining data security integrity and confidentiality 3 Training User Assistance Provide training and guidance to ERP users across departments Prepare user manuals help documents and FAQs for smooth adoption Act as a first point of contact for ERP-related queries and troubleshooting 4 System Enhancement Feedback Assist in testing new modules upgrades or enhancements in ERP Collect feedback from users and escalate issues for resolution Suggest improvements for workflow automation and efficiency Desired Qualifications Skills Graduate Postgraduate degree in Computer Applications Information Technology or related discipline Knowledge of ERP systems educational ERP preferred and database management Basic understanding of SQL MS Excel and reporting tools Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication documentation and coordination abilities Key Attributes Detail-oriented with accuracy in data handling Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines Team player with collaborative mindset Adaptable to recent technologies and continuous learning Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work from home Ability to commute relocate Indore Madhya Pradesh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience ERP 1 year Preferred
