Job Summary We are looking for confident and motivated individuals for the role of Telecaller in the insurance sector The position involves making outbound calls to potential clients providing product information and generating leads or sales Candidates with strong communication skills and a desire to grow in the insurance industry are encouraged to apply Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers using the provided database Explain insurance products life health general clearly and engagingly Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups Work towards achieving daily weekly and monthly targets Handle inquiries and resolve basic customer concerns Maintain a skilled tone and comply with all company policies Desired Candidate Profile Good verbal communication skills in Hindi English Ability to engage customers confidently over the phone Basic understanding of insurance products is a plus training will be provided Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools Freshers and candidates with a relevant background are welcome to apply Positive attitude willingness to learn and goal-oriented approach Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Schedule Day shift
