About Prospera Soft Prospera Soft is a dynamic software development company based in Kharadi Pune specializing in cutting-edge technologies and delivering innovative solutions to a global clientele We are expanding our technical support capabilities and are looking for highly skilled and dedicated professionals to join our growing team Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Storage Support Engineer to provide critical 24 7 technical support and troubleshooting for our diverse storage infrastructure In this remote role you will be a key player in ensuring the reliability performance and scalability of our storage solutions delivering exceptional support to our clients worldwide This position requires participation in a rotational shift schedule to provide continuous coverage Key Responsibilities 1 Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for a wide range of storage systems including Nutanix Files NetApp Nasuni Dell EMC Unity ECS PowerStore etc IBM e g Storwize DS Series HP 3PAR and Hitachi e g VSP HNAS and other traditional file block object storage solutions 2 Diagnose and resolve complex storage-related issues including performance bottlenecks capacity management data integrity concerns and connectivity problems 3 Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams e g infrastructure development operations to design implement and maintain robust storage solutions that align with business requirements and best practices 4 Perform proactive monitoring health checks and maintenance of storage infrastructure to ensure high availability optimal performance and reliability 5 Develop maintain and update comprehensive documentation procedures and runbooks for storage management support and incident response 6 Actively participate in an on-call rotation 24 7 shift to respond to critical incidents alerts and escalations in a timely and effective manner minimizing service disruption Qualifications 1 Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related technical field 2 Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in storage administration engineering or technical support roles within an IT services environment 3 Mandatory hands-on experience with at least one or two of the following technologies Nutanix especially Nutanix Files NetApp or Nasuni 4 Proven experience with other enterprise storage systems such as Dell EMC Unity ECS IBM Storwize DS Series HP 3PAR and Hitachi VSP HNAS is highly preferred 5 Strong understanding of core storage concepts protocols and technologies including NAS NFS SMB CIFS SAN Fibre Channel iSCSI object storage and data protection strategies snapshots replication backup recovery 6 Experience with storage management tools and platforms such as Nutanix Prism NetApp OnCommand Nasuni Management Console Dell EMC Unisphere etc 7 Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues under pressure 8 Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences 9 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced 24 7 operational environment 10 Relevant certifications such as Nutanix Certified Professional NCP NetApp Certified Data Administrator NCDA Dell EMC Proven Professional or equivalent are a significant plus Shift Details This is a 24 7 rotational shift position Candidates must be willing and able to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays as part of a scheduled rotation Why Join Prospera Soft Work on cutting-edge technologies with a focus on overseas projects Opportunity to expand your expertise across diverse industry-leading storage platforms Be part of a collaborative and creative team Remote work flexibility Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 500 000 00 - 1 000 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Work from home Application Question s Can you join within 30 days Work Location Remote
