NVT Quality Lifestyle Projects Pvt Ltd is inviting applications from qualified and experienced Civil Engineers for Quantity Survey and Bill Certification Roles and Responsibility Manage all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects from the initial calculations to the final figures Seek to minimize the cost of a project and enhance value for money while still achieving the required standards and quality Prepare tender documents contracts budgets bills of quantities and other documentation Track changes to the design and or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly Carrying out cost analysis monitoring cost variations and preparing reports Understanding the requirements and undertaking feasibility studies Requirement Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Knowledge on construction costs and contracts Strong maths knowledge Excellent attention to detail Analytical thinking skills Understanding of engineering science and technology Knowledge of building and construction Relevant educational background Civil Engineering Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
