Job description EXPERIENCE 12 -15 YEARS QUALIFICATION - M COM CA ICWA EXPERT IN TALLY PRIME Accounting Functions Supervising a team and maintenance of statutory of books of accounts and reconciliation of financial statements in compliance with the norms division accounting and finalization Responsible for preparation and finalisation of P L account and Balance Sheet Expert in Tally prime MIS Reporting to the management Banking Trade Finance Day to day preparation of vouchers reconfigure enteries updation of accounts in Tally Prime Liaising with financial institutions and banks for forex conversion at favorable terms Arrangement of Pre Post shipment LC documents Checking of documents submitted for advance a direct remittances payment- Telegraphic Transfers Opening and amendments for letter of credit followed by negotiating terms for LC with foreign parties processing imports and international outward remittances inclusive of advance remittances to Foreign MOH Govt suppliers Forward contract booking for Inward and Outward remittances Rolling EEFC A cs funds negotiating of forward margin and competitive trade pricing Preparing Stock and receivables report for Bank s regular DP and handling bank audits Auditing Taxation Handling the complete planning management activities for ensuring completion of internal statutory and external audits within time Preparing and ensuring timely assessment and filing of tax returns viz GSTR-1 GSTR- 3B e-TDS in compliance with the statutory tax acts Handling scrutiny assessment documentation Commercial Operations Managing all domestic and international vendors payments CHA payments releasing finance approval for all commercial Purchase orders for finished goods consumables promotional items Salaries and International MOH remittances Ensuring smooth co-ordination and support to internal departments for keeping all the valid documents agreements in place Budgeting Treasury Management Preparation of cash flow trial balance preparing product-wise and project wise cost profit analysis and conducting variance analysis between budgeted and actual expenditures and recommending corrective actions Preparing short term cash flows monitoring and forecasting funds required for expenses Designing capital expenditure budget and monitoring the same Ensure and track for timely receivables from the customers and Export incentives like DBK MEIS License MAI claims and GST Refund etc Compensation As per Industry Standards Job Type Full time Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Application Question s How soon can you join us What is your current location in Mumbai What is your current CTC and expected CTC Work Location In person
