Job Title Front Desk Executive Experience 1 to 3 years Location Satellite Ahmedabad Department Administration Reports To HR Manager Job Summary The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors clients and vendors ensuring a professional and welcoming environment This role involves managing the reception area handling calls correspondence and providing administrative support to maintain smooth office operations Key Responsibilities Maintain a neat organized and welcoming reception area Greet and assist visitors clients and vendors in a courteous and professional manner ensuring proper entry protocols are followed Answer screen and forward phone calls to the respective departments or personnel Handle incoming and outgoing emails letters and packages maintain proper records for reference Receive record and distribute couriers packages coordinate outgoing dispatches Monitor manage and maintain stock of office stationery and related supplies Provide assistance to other departments in documentation scheduling and other front-desk-related tasks Qualifications Skills Graduate in any discipline preferred Business Administration Hospitality Proven experience in front desk receptionist or similar customer-facing role Excellent communication verbal written and interpersonal skills Knowledge in MS Office Word Excel Outlook Well-groomed professional appearance with a positive attitude Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
