Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting updating and maintaining various types of information into our systems and databases This role requires strong attention to detail excellent typing skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Key Responsibilities Enter data into company databases accurately and efficiently Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies Update existing data and maintain logs of activities and completed work Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information Respond to data requests and provide data to authorized personnel as needed Perform routine backup operations and ensure data integrity Follow data entry procedures and company guidelines Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Associate s degree is a plus Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position Excellent typing speed and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel with formulas and data entry software and google sheets formulas Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and scanners Preferred Qualifications Experience working with databases Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
