- Receiving Goods: Check incoming food and supplies for correct count and positive quality.
- Stock Control: Organize items neatly on shelves using FIFO (First In, First Out) so older items are used first.
- Record Keeping: Write down what comes in and goes out using a computer or logbook.
- Kitchen Support: Give the kitchen and bar the items they need for daily cooking.
Basic Computer Use: Know how to type stock lists and use billing or inventory software.
Organization: Keep the storage room clean, safe, and easy to check.
Attention to Detail: Spot expired dates or missing items during deliveries
