- Craft Quality Beverages: Prepare and serve espresso drinks, pour-overs, teas, and seasonal specialties according to our standards.
- Deliver Great Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, answer menu questions, and offer recommendations.
- Manage Operations: Process payments efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system and manage cash drawer balances.
- Maintain the Space: Keep the espresso bar, service counters, and seating areas clean, sanitized, and organized.
- Care for Equipment: Clean and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewers throughout the day.
- Stock & Inventory: Restock milk, coffee beans, syrups, pastries, and paper goods to keep the bar running smoothly.
- Experience: Prior experience as a barista or in food service is preferred, but we are happy to train the right person.
- Skills: Robust communication skills, basic math proficiency, and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Speed & Focus: Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy during high-volume peak hours.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 15 kg during a shift.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, or holidays.
