We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Design Thinking Innovation Tutor to conduct sessions for college students The ideal candidate should be skilled at introducing students to the fundamentals of creative problem-solving product thinking and innovation using hands-on and student-friendly approaches Responsibilities Conduct engaging sessions on design thinking principles and their practical applications Introduce the 5 stages of design thinking - Empathize Define Ideate Prototype and Test - through interactive activities Guide students to explore real-world problems brainstorm ideas and create innovative solutions Encourage teamwork creative confidence and user-focused thinking Use case studies design challenges and prototyping exercises to reinforce concepts Teach how innovation applies in fields like education technology business and social impact Create a cooperative hands-on classroom environment where students feel inspired to create and experiment Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Design Innovation Education or a any field 2-3 years of teaching or facilitation experience preferably in design thinking innovation or entrepreneurship Freshers can also apply Compassionate creative enthusiastic person Knowledge of AI tools Strong understanding of human-centered design creative thinking tools and problem-solving methods Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students Ability to simplify concepts and design age-appropriate activities Willingness to travel Passion for building creative critical thinkers among young learners Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
