Job Title Branch Manager Location Insert Location Department Operations Sales Credit Reporting To Regional Zonal Manager Experience Required 3 to 5 years in NBFC Financial Institution preferred Preferred Candidates Retired bank employees with relevant experience are encouraged to apply We are looking for a agile and experienced Branch Manager to lead our branch operations drive business growth ensure compliance and manage a team of professionals The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services preferably in an NBFC bank or similar financial institution with proven leadership and customer service skills Retired bank employees with relevant experience are welcome to apply Key Responsibilities 1 Business Development Sales Drive business growth through acquisition of new customers and retention of existing ones Promote loan products personal loans business loans gold loans vehicle loans etc and achieve monthly quarterly targets Identify and develop relationships with local businesses dealers and influencers for lead generation Ensure customer satisfaction through high service quality and issue resolution 2 Branch Operations Administration Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch ensuring smooth functioning Ensure proper documentation customer KYC credit checks and loan disbursements Maintain branch records and MIS reports accurately and on time Manage branch cash vault and audit compliance 3 Team Management Lead train and motivate branch staff to meet performance targets Allocate tasks monitor daily activities and ensure team productivity Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews 4 Credit Risk Management Evaluate loan applications and recommend for approval based on creditworthiness Monitor portfolio quality and ensure healthy collections Minimize NPAs through proactive follow-ups and risk mitigation 5 Regulatory Compliance Audit Ensure full compliance with internal policies RBI guidelines and KYC norms Prepare for internal and external audits ensure zero non-compliance issues Eligibility Criteria Graduate Postgraduate in Finance Commerce or related field 3 to 5 years of experience in NBFC Bank or other financial institutions Prior experience in lending branch management or retail financial services Knowledge of credit operations and local market Proficiency in MS Office and basic banking software Job Type Full-time Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
