Senior Analyst - Reporting- Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited The Reporting Senior Analyst is responsible for designing developing and delivering insightful reports and dashboards that drive strategic decision-making across the organization This role acts as a subject matter expert in data analysis reporting tools and business intelligence ensuring data accuracy consistency and relevance for stakeholders The Senior Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions Key Responsibilities Report Development Automation o Design build and maintain complex reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI Tableau or Excel o Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort o Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting outputs Data Analysis Insights o Analyze large datasets to identify trends anomalies and actionable insights o Present findings and recommendations to business leaders in a clear concise manner o Support ad-hoc data requests and deep-dive analyses as needed Stakeholder Engagement o Partner with business units to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements o Train and support end-users on reporting tools and best practices o Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences Quality Assurance Governance o Validate data sources calculations and outputs for accuracy o Maintain documentation for reporting processes and data definitions o Adhere to data governance privacy and compliance standards Continuous Improvement o Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and tools o Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and reporting USI supporting NSE The USI NSE Finance and Business operation team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in Belgium with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting HR and financial transaction processing administrative service and helpdesk support marketing and IT services Qualifications and experience required Bachelor s degree in business Finance Information Systems Mathematics or related field 3 years of experience in reporting or analytics roles Advanced proficiency in reporting tools e g Power BI Tableau Excel SQL Robust analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Experience working with large complex datasets from multiple sources Preferred Qualifications Master s degree or relevant certifications e g Microsoft Power BI Tableau Desktop Specialist Experience in data visualization Prior experience in Finance and Operations Location Hyderabad Work timings 11 AM to 8 PM can change
