Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our warehouse team The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment This position requires a strong focus on quality control efficiency and adherence to safety protocols within a fast-paced setting Responsibilities Handle materials with care ensuring proper packing techniques are employed to prevent damage during transit Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload goods as required Utilise the warehouse management system for tracking inventory and managing stock levels effectively Participate in shipping and receiving processes ensuring all items are accounted for and correctly labelled Engage in picking and packing activities preparing orders for dispatch in a timely manner Maintain organisation within the warehouse by stocking shelves and ensuring products are easily accessible Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping Assist with heavy lifting tasks as necessary ensuring safe practices are followed at all times Qualifications Previous warehouse experience is preferred with a solid understanding of materials handling processes Familiarity with warehouse management systems is advantageous for efficient operations Experience in shipping and receiving procedures is beneficial to streamline workflows Proficiency in picking and packing processes demonstrating attention to detail in order fulfilment Mechanical knowledge will be an asset when operating equipment or troubleshooting minor issues Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely with a commitment to maintaining workplace safety standards Join our team as a Packer and contribute to our commitment to delivering high-quality products while enjoying a dynamic work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Work Location In person
