About the Role Digitron India is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end project operations The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning execution client and OEM relationship management supply chain coordination and technical oversight This role demands strong leadership strategic thinking and hands-on execution capabilities Key Responsibilities Project Coordination Execution Manage overall project operations from bidding to completion Prepare BOQs and execution plans aligned with company policies Coordinate manpower materials vendors and ground support Documentation Financials Maintain project documentation tracking and execution records Coordinate with accounts for vendor payments and client billing Client OEM Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients and OEMs Conduct site visits kickoff meetings and regular reviews Stay updated on OEM products pricing and innovations Operations Team Management Oversee daily project operations and manpower efficiency Ensure resource availability and coordinate with HR for additional needs Submit daily and weekly reports to the Managing Director Supply Chain Technical Oversight Manage supply chain logistics for timely delivery and installation Handle technical aspects including solution design integration and reporting Stay current with advancements in security surveillance IT and networking Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or related field Strong communication leadership and organizational skills Technical knowledge in security systems IT and networking is a plus Willingness to travel for work up to 50 Reporting Structure Reports directly to the Managing Director Coordinates with HR Finance Operations and Technical teams Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 29 996 00 - 44 956 55 per month Advantages Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Project management lifecycle 5 years Preferred Willingness to travel 50 Preferred Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
