Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchaser to join our procurement team The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing negotiating and purchasing goods and services essential to our operations This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain processes logistics and ERP systems to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials The Purchaser will play a vital part in maintaining optimal inventory levels and fostering positive relationships with suppliers to support the organisation s strategic objectives Duties Identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities to meet quality cost and delivery requirements Manage purchase orders using Tally Software ensuring accuracy and compliance with organisational policies Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure the smooth transportation and delivery of goods Monitor inventory levels and forecast future procurement needs based on production schedules and demand forecasts Maintain comprehensive records of procurement activities supplier performance and contractual obligations Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide timely support Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends new products and alternative sourcing options Ensure compliance with company policies legal requirements and ethical standards throughout the procurement process Skills Proficiency in Tally Operating is essential for managing purchase transactions efficiently Solid negotiation skills to secure favourable terms while maintaining positive supplier relationships Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles to optimise procurement activities Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Analytical mindset with attention to detail for evaluating supplier performance and market conditions Effective communication skills for liaising with suppliers internal teams and stakeholders at all levels Experience in procurement within a manufacturing or industrial environment is desirable but not mandatory This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop their career within procurement and supply chain management in a dynamic organisation committed to operational excellence Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
