The San Francisco Chronicle has recognized Nextpower Nasdaq NXT as one of the Top Workplaces Join our growing team This is a hybrid role 4 days week in office at our SRC in Hi-Tech City Hyderabad We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Order-to-Cash O2C Techno-Functional Lead to manage the transition of Nextpower s global order-to-cash process to a current ERP Oracle Fusion Cloud or SAP This is a strategic role partnering with Sales Operations Finance and Supply Chain to implement and optimize systems that drive operational growth and efficiency The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with deep functional knowledge of order-to-cash processes in a project-based discrete manufacturing environment Extensive ERP experience specifically Oracle Fusion Cloud or SAP is essential As we embark on a large-scale ERP transformation program this individual will lead the full project lifecycle from discovery through implementation stabilization and continuous improvement for the Order-to-Cash process Key Responsibilities Lead ERP O2C Implementations Provide technical leadership and functional oversight for Oracle Fusion Cloud or SAP O2C implementations Drive process definition configuration testing rollout and adoption Solution Architecture Configuration Act as techno-functional SME for the ERP Order-to-Cash modules including Order Management Pricing Inventory Shipping Receivables Collections Billing and Revenue Management Configure extend and support ERP O2C modules build and troubleshoot customizations reports extensions and interfaces Support reporting and analytics requirements Partner Across Stakeholders Collaborate with functional leadership system integrators and ERP vendors to assess business requirements design and implement scalable solutions System Optimization Rollouts Recommend approaches to close system gaps design phased rollout strategies and lead O2C tracks through discovery conference room pilots integration data conversion UAT and deployment Integration Oversight for O2C modules Partner with internal developers and integration teams to design test and deploy seamless integrations with CRM logistics and other subsystems Data Migration for O2C modules Develop and validate data conversion strategies from legacy systems to ERP ensuring accuracy risk mitigation and successful cutover Program Governance Establish and enforce best practices for development testing deployment and documentation for the O2C modules Ensure alignment with enterprise standards Technology Innovation Stay current with emerging technologies including Generative AI and Agentic AI to identify opportunities that enhance O2C performance and efficiency Qualifications Bachelor s degree in computer science Supply Chain Management Engineering or a related field master s preferred 15 years of IT experience with deep ERP expertise Oracle EBS Oracle Fusion Cloud or SAP 10 years of hands-on experience with O2C modules including order capture Shipping Billing AR and revenue management Strong functional knowledge of O2C process flows in project-based manufacturing SAAS recurring billing Leasing discrete ordering and drop shipping in a multi-org construct Deep technical knowledge to express those processes in an ERP Oracle EBS Oracle Fusion Cloud or SAP Experience integrating ERP systems with external CRM logistics and planning systems Proven leadership in managing cross-functional programs system integrators and ERP vendors Excellent communication stakeholder management and program delivery skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced global and highly collaborative environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in renewable energy manufacturing or high-tech industries Hands-on experience in configuring OTC modules Order management Direct and Drop Ship Billing AR for Oracle EBS Oracle Fusion Cloud or SAP ERP Part of team delivering successful ERP implementation Certifications such as PMP Six Sigma or ERP vendor credentials Oracle SAP Why Join Us Be part of an ERP transformation at a high-growth mission-driven company Collaborate with top talent driving sustainability and innovation Enjoy a dynamic environment with opportunities for global impact and career growth Competitive compensation benefits and flexible work arrangements At Nextpower we are driving the global energy transition with an integrated clean energy technology platform that combines intelligent structural electrical and digital solutions for utility-scale power plants Our comprehensive portfolio enables faster project delivery higher performance and greater reliability helping our customers capture the full value of solar power Our talented worldwide teams are redefining how solar power plants are designed built and operated every day with smart technology data-driven insights and advanced automation Together we re building the foundation for the world s next generation of clean energy infrastructure We are Nextpower
