Job Title Accountant Location Bavdhan Pune About the Role We re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team In this role you ll be handling key operational and communication tasks such as purchase order PO generation invoice processing BOQ management and client vendor coordination The ideal candidate is organized proficient in Excel and possesses excellent communication skills Key Responsibilities Generate and manage Purchase Orders POs accurately and on time Handle both purchase and sales invoices ensuring timely documentation and processing Manage email communications with internal teams vendors and clients Work with BOQs Bill of Quantities ensuring alignment with project and purchase requirements Maintain and update data in Excel spreadsheets and internal systems Support the finance and procurement team with administrative tasks Coordinate with different departments to ensure workflow efficiency Create maintain balance sheet Requirements Proven experience in a similar coordination or admin accounts support role Solid understanding of invoice handling PO process and BOQ documentation Robust command of MS Excel e g formulas formatting basic analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and ability to work independently Job Type Permanent Pay 20 254 17 - 25 981 06 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
