Job Summary AJS Groups is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions handling quotations sales and purchase bills payment follow-ups and maintaining daily cash balances Candidates must be organized proactive and committed to accurate and timely financial reporting Key Responsibilities Follow up on quotations with clients and internal departments Prepare verify and maintain sales and purchase bills Coordinate with clients and vendors for payment follow-up and outstanding dues Maintain and update daily opening and closing cash bank balances Monitor and manage utility payments and all company bills to ensure timely settlements Assist in preparing basic financial reports and documentation as needed Support audits and ensure compliance with internal financial policies Requirements Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting or a related field 1 to 3 years of accounting or finance experience preferably in a similar role Proficient in MS Excel Tally and or other accounting software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication skills for follow-ups with clients and vendors Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Preferred Candidate Profile Neat well-organized and punctual Honest and reliable with solid professional ethics Ability to work under deadlines and with minimal supervision Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Ability to commute relocate Thondamuthur Coimbatore Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Account management 1 year Required Location Thondamuthur Coimbatore Tamil Nadu Preferred Work Location In person
