To name a few of the responsibilities but not exhaustive Financial Records Maintenance Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including General Ledger accounts balance sheets and income statements and also maintain confidentiality of the data Accounts Payable Receivable Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable processing invoices expense reimbursements and vendor payments Reconciliation Perform daily monthly bank reconciliations and reconcile General Ledger accounts to resolve discrepancies Month-End Year-End Close Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures including journal entries accruals and depreciation schedules Tax Compliance Prepare and file tax returns GST Qualified Tax Income Tax and other tax and duties and ensure compliance with local state and national regulations Financial Reporting Compile and present accurate timely financial reports including cash flow statements and P L statements to management Audit Support Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations Budgeting Analysis Support budgeting and forecasting activities and analyze financial data to suggest strategies for improving the bottom line Job Type Full-time Pay From 15 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Accounting 2 years Preferred Tally 3 years Preferred total work 1 year Preferred License Certification CA-Inter Preferred Work Location In person
