Managing OT Operations Managing OT Operations Oversee the day-to-day operations of the operation theater ensuring it is ready for all scheduled surgeries Coordinate with surgeons anesthetists nurses and other medical staff to ensure surgeries are performed efficiently Monitor the overall workflow of the OT ensuring all surgical procedures are carried out on time Supervise OT nurses technicians and support staff ensuring they perform their duties as per hospital protocols Provide training to recent staff on OT procedures safety protocols sterilization and emergency procedures Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments to ensure high standards of care Facilitate communication between the surgical team nursing staff anesthetists and administration Report any critical issues accidents or near misses to hospital management or relevant authorities Collaborate with other departments such as Radiology Pathology and ICU to ensure seamless patient care Job Type Full-time Pay 13 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Required Experience Operation Theatre Incharge 3 years Required Work Location In person
