Job Responsibilities Handle day-to-day purchasing of raw materials groceries kitchen items and operational supplies Visit local markets and vendors for purchasing as and when required Identify develop and negotiate with vendors for best quality and pricing Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials Maintain proper stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking Manage inventory records issue materials and track stock movement Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation Maintain purchase bills invoices and vendor records Coordinate with kitchen operations and accounts teams Ensure proper storage hygiene and FIFO LIFO practices Control wastage pilferage and expiry of materials Prepare purchase and stock reports as required Follow company policies and audit requirements Key Requirements 2-4 years of experience in purchase and store management Experience in restaurant hotel catering or central kitchen preferred Must know how to ride a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license Should be willing to travel locally for market purchases and vendor visits Basic computer knowledge MS Excel inventory software preferred Good negotiation and communication skills Honest organized and detail-oriented Should be able to handle team Candidates preferred from Goa as well as nearby Goa area upto 600 km Education Graduate or Diploma in any discipline preferred Benefits Competitive salary Growth opportunities Stable work environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Perks Food provided Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
