We are looking for B com Graduate with minimum 2 years experience as a Accounts Executive with Tally and SAP Should know Excel with V-Lookup and pivot table very well Key Roles ResponsibilitiesAccounting Book-Keeping Maintain books of accounts including purchase sales receipts payments journal entries Prepare and post entries in Tally ERP Handle bank entries and bank reconciliation statements BRS Maintain cash book and petty cash records Accounts Payable Receivable Process vendor bills and ensure timely payments Track outstanding receivables and follow up for collections Reconcile vendor and customer accounts periodically Statutory Compliance Assist in GST returns GSTR-1 GSTR-3B and reconciliation Support TDS calculations deductions and filings Coordinate for PF ESI related data if required Assist during audits and provide required documents Reporting Closing Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities Prepare MIS reports expense statements and schedules Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records Coordination Support Coordinate with vendors banks auditors and internal teams Support Finance Manager in day-to-day finance operations Desired Skills Competencies Working knowledge of Tally MS Excel Understanding of basic accounting principles Knowledge of GST TDS practical exposure preferred Valuable attention to detail and accuracy Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure Qualification Experience B Com M Com or equivalent 2-5 years of relevant experience retail experience preferred Experience in multi-location or retail accounts is an added advantage Key Performance Indicators KPIs Accuracy of accounting entries Timely closure of monthly books Compliance adherence Vendor customer reconciliation status Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
