Role Overview We are seeking an experienced engineer to manage production activities and quality control for repair and refurbishment of LT HT motors and generators in our service facility Key Responsibilities Supervise dismantling rewinding assembly and testing of motors generators Ensure quality standards and inspection procedures are followed at all stages Identify root causes of failures and recommend repair solutions Coordinate with winding machine shop and testing teams Monitor job progress documentation and final inspection reports Implement process improvements for quality safety and productivity Support ISO documentation and technical reporting Required Skills Robust knowledge of LT HT motor construction insulation systems Experience in testing quality inspection of repaired machines Hands-on troubleshooting ability Team handling and production coordination skills Familiarity with industrial safety and quality systems Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
