We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Housekeeping Supervisor to join our facility management team The ideal candidate will have a solid background in supervising housekeeping operations managing manpower across multiple sites and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage housekeeping operations across multiple client sites in Mumbai Ensure daily site inspections and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff Manage manpower allocation as per site requirements and arrange replacements for absentees Regularly take inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure timely stock orders Issue cleaning materials and equipment to staff as needed Respond promptly to customer complaints and special requests via email or phone Ensure proper execution of specialized services like carpet shampooing marble polishing and correct usage of basic chemicals Coordinate shift schedules and supervise attendance Motivate team members and address any issues that arise on the job Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor Preferred background in Facility Management Hands-on knowledge of cleaning methods chemical usage and machinery Experience in carpet shampooing marble polishing and deep cleaning techniques Ability to manage a large housekeeping team across multiple locations Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and safety protocols Strong organizational and leadership skills Good communication skills spoken written Flexible to work in shifts including evenings and weekends Job Type Full-time Pay 16 500 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
