ob Summary We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Alibaba E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our B2B presence on Alibaba The role involves managing product listings responding to inquiries coordinating orders and driving online sales growth Key Responsibilities Create manage and optimize product listings on Alibaba with accurate descriptions specifications and high-quality images Respond promptly to buyer inquiries RFQs Requests for Quotation and messages to maximize sales opportunities Follow up with leads and negotiate orders to ensure timely conversion Coordinate with production logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery Monitor competitor listings market trends and buyer feedback to identify business opportunities Maintain records of inquiries orders and sales reports for management review Suggest and implement strategies for promotions product highlights and campaigns to boost visibility and sales Handle customer queries complaints and feedback professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction Job Type Full time Pay 27 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
