Job Title Foreman - Fire Fighting Experience 12 to 14 Years Job Requirements Must have 12-14 years of experience as a Fire Fighting Fire Alarm Foreman Ability to independently read and understand shop drawings Roles Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of fire system technicians and helpers for installation of firefighting and fire alarm systems Carry out site take-offs prepare material requests and manage material stock and consumption reports Allocate manpower on a daily basis as per installation schedules and targets ensuring progress complies with project timelines safety regulations and quality standards Provide technical guidance supervision and on-the-job training to installation personnel Lead troubleshooting and resolution of on-site issues related to fire systems and actively participate in testing commissioning and inspection activities Coordinate with Engineers Subcontractors and other MEP trades to ensure timely and high-quality execution of works Skills Competencies Solid knowledge of fire fighting fire alarm systems Leadership and manpower handling skills Experience in material control and site coordination Sound understanding of safety standards and project requirements Job Type Contractual Temporary Contract length 24 months Pay 95 000 00 - 113 000 00 per month Work Location In person
