Job description We are a banking company looking a energetic Cheque collection Executive visits customers locations to collect Cheque and deposit in bank JOB Location - saravanampatti Rs puram Gandhipuram - Coimbatore Alone Part time Banking JOB Need Two wheeler Salary Petrol Allowances Traveling Allowances Only Morning shift - 9 30 AM to 12 00 PM Only Morning schedule - Part time alone Core responsibilities Cheque collection Visit clients to collect payments by cheque and occasionally by cash or digital means Field activities Travel to assigned locations within a territory to collect payments and follow up on outstanding accounts Record keeping Maintain accurate daily records of all collections and update collection details in the system or reports Reconciliation Reconcile cash and cheque collections with daily books and bank statements to ensure accuracy Processing and deposit Ensure timely processing and deposit of collected cheques into the company s bank account Customer communication Communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies address payment issues and negotiate payment plans if necessary Target achievement Work to achieve monthly and weekly collection targets Compliance and reporting Adhere to company policies and report on the status of collections to management Key skills and qualifications Valid driver s license Essential for field collection activities Job Types Part-time Fresher Internship Freelance Volunteer Job Type Part-time Pay 6 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Expected hours 4 per week Benefits Adaptable schedule Work Location In person
