Job Summary As a Business Operations HR Trainee you will support day-to-day operational activities across core business functions contribute to digital outreach efforts and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of processes and excellent customer experience You ll gain broad exposure to organizational operations while helping drive key initiatives from the ground up Key Responsibilities Report operational metrics and insights across HR Marketing Sales and Infosec to senior leadership Support daily operations including workflow governance SOP documentation and compliance with internal policies Drive digital outreach - assist with website content social media engagement email campaigns and CRM data operations Partner with HR and business teams to support recruitment execution onboarding offboarding and employee engagement activities Aid in administrative processes maintain dashboards reports and help streamline cross-functional collaboration Contribute ideas for process improvement and operational problem-solving Ensure strict adherence to documentation and compliance standards Requirements Education Graduates Batch of 2023 to 2025 any stream preferably BE BTech BBA MBA MCA B Sc Experience 0-1 years in Business Operations HR Recruitment or Digital Marketing internships are acceptable Skills Strong communication written spoken English Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word Excel - including basic reporting pivot tables PowerPoint Comfortable participating in meetings and client interactions Eager to learn adaptable and able to work under pressure Why Join Us Stipend 15 000 per month during the trainee program Location Chennai India Monday-Friday 40 hrs week Prospect Potential for full-time employment upon successful completion of the program Growth Exposure to multiple business areas and mentorship from experienced teams Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 9 565 86 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
