Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all fabrication activities during the assigned shift Day or Evening Ensure the production of high-quality mechanical parts and prototypes in line with R D specifications and timelines Interpret technical drawings CAD models and fabrication instructions accurately Manage fabrication staff allocate tasks and monitor performance throughout the shift Operate or oversee the use of machines manual machines welding tools 3D printers and other fabrication equipment Collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve fabrication challenges Maintain a clean safe and organized workshop environment at all times Oversee shift changeovers to ensure smooth communication and task continuity Perform routine inspections of tools and machinery and coordinate maintenance as needed Uphold all workplace safety regulations and company policies Shift Schedules Day Shift 7 00 AM - 3 00 PM Evening Shift 2 30 PM - 10 30 PM Requirements Education Experience Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing or related field 3 years of fabrication or machining experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity Technical Skills Strong understanding of mechanical fabrication processes machining welding forming additive manufacturing Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and CAD designs SolidWorks AutoCAD preferred Experience in working with various materials such as metals plastics and composites Contact Number 91 (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 16 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Evening shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
