Structural Repairs Repairing and maintaining wooden or metal structures including doors doorframes partitions and walls throughout the cinema premises Furniture Fixture Maintenance Repairing and fixing cinema seating including recliners lounge furniture tables and cabinets Fixing Installation Handling woodwork installing molding and repairing drywall Preventative Maintenance Conducting routine inspections of the building to identify and address repair needs before they become major issues Multitasking Facility Support Assisting with other facility tasks which may include minor plumbing masonry or electrical repairs especially in a Multi-Skilled Technician role Safety Compliance Ensuring all work adheres to safety regulations including fire door inspections and maintaining clear safe working areas Job Type Full time Work Location In person
