Project Role Application Developer Project Role Description Design build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements Must have skills Salesforce Development Salesforce Technical Architecture Salesforce Lightning Web Components Good to have skills NA Minimum 5 year s of experience is required Educational Qualification 15 years full time education As a Salesforce Dev Lead you will be responsible for leading a team of 5-10 developers Creating custom software applications on the Salesforce platform that meet our specific requirements for client management and other daily operations You will also integrate Salesforce with existing systems ensuring data accuracy and security and providing technical support whenever required The ideal candidate has a strong background in developing and customizing Salesforce applications as well as experience in designing and implementing complex solutions Key skills include Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components LWC and experience with Salesforce architectures and data models Key Responsibilities o Lead a module POD Track of 5-10 developers testers o Ability to mentor and guide junior developers o Highlight risks and problems in advance o Participate in the entire software development life cycle including requirements gathering design coding testing and deployment o Creating and maintaining integrations with other applications and systems using web services and APIs o Collaborating with stakeholders and other developers to identify and implement improvements for the system o Ensuring compliance with security and development standards of Salesforce o Designing developing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions using Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and other relevant technologies o Participate in code reviews to ensure that the best practices for the existing and current Salesforce solutions are implemented o Stay updated with new Salesforce features functionalities and recommend best practices to enhance the existing Salesforce implementations o Identify and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce integrations and applications o Interacting with clients to gather requirements and providing technical solutions o Ability to analyze complex issues debug code and develop effective solutions o Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interacting with clients and team members Required skills and qualifications o Bachelor s degree in Software Engineering Computer Science or a related field o 5-8 years of demonstrable hands-on experience in software development o Proficient understanding of Salesforce administration including Salesforce lightning framework Salesforce Sales cloud and Administration CPQ is desirable o Knowledge of Apex Visualforce LWC Configuration Customization Reporting Aura and other Salesforce development technologies o Understanding of Salesforce data model including standard and custom objects relationships and fields o Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders 15 years full time education
