Job Role Marketing Intern Location Bengaluru Role Type Internship 3-6 months What is the role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Intern MBA to support our digital and demand generation initiatives This role is ideal for an MBA candidate who wants hands-on experience across email marketing social media LinkedIn Ads analytics and CRM operations Key Responsibilities Email Marketing Assist in planning building and executing email campaigns and nurture flows Perform quality checks on copy creatives UTMs and links Collaborate with the team to ensure campaign accuracy and consistency Monitor performance metrics opens clicks conversions replies and share insights Social Media LinkedIn Ads Assist with scheduling and publishing on LinkedIn Track engagement and prepare weekly performance reports Support the execution and monitoring of LinkedIn Ads campaigns Marketing Analytics Reporting Build and maintain dashboards for email website and social media performance Track funnel metrics MQLs SQLs Working Deals Proposals etc Analyse trends and prepare insights to support campaign decisions Conduct competitor research and industry analysis Demand Generation Support Assist in lead list building segmentation and CRM database updates Support event webinar promotions across email social and landing pages Coordinate with SDR and marketing teams on workflows and follow-ups Work on UTMs landing page updates and marketing automation tasks What We are Looking For MBA student or MBA graduate with interest in marketing demand gen or growth Robust communication skills and ability to write clear structured marketing content Familiarity with email marketing tools LinkedIn and analytics platforms Familiarity with Excel Google Sheets bonus if you know Zoho or any CRM Detail-oriented organized and enthusiastic about learning Ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional environment What You Will Gain Real-world experience across email marketing social media analytics and demand gen Exposure to enterprise B2B marketing workflows and tech stacks Mentorship from experienced marketers across multiple functions Opportunity to work on live campaigns with measurable impact Job Type Internship Contract length 6 months Pay 4 000 00 - 5 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Work Location In person
