Job Title Site Supervisor - Interior Design Industry Interior Design Fit-Out Retail Interiors Location Bhiwandi Thane Sites Pan India Experience 3-6 years Job Summary The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising interior fit-out activities at site ensuring work is executed as per drawings quality standards safety norms and project timelines Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site execution of interior works Coordinate with design production and project teams Interpret drawings BOQs and site measurements Ensure work is executed as per approved designs specifications Manage carpenters painters electricians and subcontractors Monitor quality safety and workmanship standards Plan daily work schedules and track site progress Coordinate material receipt storage and usage Identify and resolve site-level execution issues Conduct site inspections snag list closures Ensure timely completion as per project milestones Maintain site reports daily logs attendance Technical Skills Knowledge Robust knowledge of interior materials finishes Understanding of carpentry modular furniture false ceiling painting Ability to read architectural shop drawings Familiar with basic MEP coordination Knowledge of site safety practices Basic understanding of measurements billing support Qualifications Diploma ITI Bachelor s in Civil Interior Architecture preferred Hands-on experience in interior site execution is mandatory Key Competencies Strong leadership coordination skills Problem-solving attitude Time quality management Good communication skills Ability to work under pressure Candidate s Can Connect through WhatsApp - (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 28 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
