Job Title Admission Counsellor Key Responsibilities Counsel prospective students and parents on academic programs admission requirements and career pathways Respond to inquiries via phone email walk-ins and online platforms Guide applicants through the application documentation and enrollment process Review and verify admission applications and supporting documents Conduct follow-up communications to convert inquiries into enrollments Coordinate with academic departments and administrative teams Participate in admission events open houses school fairs and outreach activities Maintain accurate records in CRM or admission management systems Meet individual and team enrollment targets Ensure compliance with institutional policies and admission guidelines Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in education Business Psychology or a related field Proven experience in admissions counselling sales or student services preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems Skills Competencies Student-focused counselling approach Persuasive and consultative communication skills Ability to handle objections and provide solutions Attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Goal-oriented and result-driven mindset Job Type Full time Pay 10 955 10 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
