Job Overview We are seeking a talented and creative UX UI Designer to join our dynamic team In this role you will be responsible for enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability accessibility and pleasure provided in the interaction between the user and our products You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging and effective digital experiences that align with our business goals Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user requirements and design specifications Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs Develop user interface designs for web and mobile applications ensuring a seamless experience across platforms Utilize data analysis skills to inform design decisions and improve user engagement Stay updated with industry trends tools and best practices in UX UI design Work with Adobe Creative Suite to produce visually appealing designs that meet brand standards Assist in the implementation of designs using WordPress or SharePoint as needed Experience Proven experience as a UX UI Designer or similar role in digital design Proficiency in UI design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite Familiarity with analytics tools like Omniture and Qualtrics for data-driven design decisions Experience in E-commerce environments is a plus Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly to stakeholders Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously Join us in creating exceptional digital experiences that delight users Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month
