Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista Partners to join the abcoffee team The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages maintaining store hygiene and delivering excellent customer service while following company SOPs Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee beverages and food items as per abCoffee standards Follow SOPs for beverage quality hygiene and safety Maintain cleanliness of the cafe equipment and workstations Handle customer orders accurately and courteously Operate POS systems and manage card transactions Ensure proper opening and closing shift procedures Coordinate with team members for smooth daily operations Requirements Minimum qualification 10th 12th pass QSR preferred but not mandatory Freshers are welcome prior barista or QSR experience is an added advantage Good communication skills and positive attitude Willingness to work in rotational shifts Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace What We Offer Training on coffee preparation and SOPs Growth opportunities within the organization Supportive and dynamic work environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
