Manage daily production ensuring EHS and quality standards Oversee moulds kiln operations SAP booking stock accuracy and manpower allocation Support Kaizens maintain 5S coordinate with departments and ensure housekeeping Responsibilities o Following respecting establishing all EHS guidelines protocols etc in workplace o Ensuring quality process control during production as per QC o Ensuring Production of Monolithic PCPF as per production order o Reading of drawing of shapes indent preparation for moulds other inputs Follow up for moulds for timely delivery Checking of moulds and ensure first piece checking before allowing bulk production o Ensuring kiln loading unloading and firing drying as per schedule provided by QC team o Ensuring booking of production in SAP and match book stock physical stock o Ensuring participation and encourage team in KAIZENS improvements jobs o Participation in all EHS initiatives o Ensuring proper housekeeping after job completion o Ensuring proper coordination with other departments o Allocation of manpower and taking work from workers o Production dashboard management and ensure 5S culture at shopfloor Knowledge skills abilities and other characteristics o Knowledge on production of Monolithic PCPF Refractory Shapes o Knowledge on study of drawing and understand shapes o Knowledge on SAP PP module o Basic knowledge on computer operating like MS office Requirements Qualification Science Graduate Diploma Work Experience 3-5 years Age Limit 35 years Preferred Work experience in refractory Core manufacturing Industries
