Handle customer enquiries related to electric motors gearboxes VFDs and drive systems Prepare and follow up on quotations techno-commercial offers and pricing Coordinate with vendors OEMs and internal sales team for availability lead time and pricing Process sales orders maintain order tracking and ensure timely dispatch Coordinate with logistics and stores for material movement and delivery Maintain customer database enquiry status and sales records Follow up with customers for order confirmation payments and delivery schedules Assist the sales team in preparing sales reports MIS and monthly targets data Resolve basic customer issues related to orders dispatch and documentation Ensure proper documentation such as PO invoice delivery challan and warranty detail Job Types Full time Contractual Temporary Contract length 11 months Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
