Job Responsibilities - Accountant Tally Prime Gold Expert 1 Tally Prime Gold Advanced Level Manage daily accounting entries including sales purchase journal payment receipt and contra Maintain proper inventory and stock records in Tally Prime 2 Debtors Creditors Management Follow up with debtors for payments and update outstanding reports 3 GST Compliance GSTR-1 GSTR-3B R2 Prepare and verify data for GSTR-1 sales and GSTR-3B R2 purchase ITC 4 TDS Knowledge Calculate TDS as per applicable sections Prepare TDS working and ensure timely payment return filing Maintain proper documentation for TDS deductions Handle vendor creditors reconciliation and ensure timely payments Prepare monthly ageing analysis for both debtors and creditors 3 GST Compliance GSTR-1 GSTR-3B R2 Prepare and verify data for GSTR-1 sales and GSTR-3B R2 purchase ITC Maintain GST records and handle GST-related queries 4 TDS Knowledge Calculate TDS as per applicable sections Prepare TDS working and ensure timely payment return filing Maintain proper documentation for TDS deductions 5 Bank Reconciliation Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliation in Tally Prime Track bank transactions cheque status and closing balances Maintain all GST certificates invoices challans and related documentation 7 General Accounting Responsibilities 7 General Accounting Responsibilities Maintain books of accounts with accuracy and completeness Support management with financial data whenever required Job Type Full time Pay 10 765 44 - 33 941 15 per month Work Location In person
